'Smile always' Child Sponsorship is something practical we can do to help. It works for the child, their family and their community. 'Smile always Foundation Child Sponsorship Program started in 2012.

Smile always Foundation is a registered organization under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Act 35 of 2001, ‘Smile always’ has FCRA registration and also has 80G tax exemption under Indian Income Tax with its office in Hyderabad, T.S., India.
Smile always’ is an independent entity within our country with a distinctly national identity. An active Board of Executive Committee governs Smile alwaysFoundation.

‘Smile always’ Child Sponsorship programme changes the lives of hundreds of children every year. Our mission is We are dedicated to care children, promote independence and build strong families through activities with the resources available.
Our experience over the last 17 years has shown us that no amount of intervention in the life of a child can have lasting effects as long as the child's surroundings remain unchanged. Child Sponsorship therefore changes a child's life by changing the world to which he/she belongs.
Child sponsorship creates a network of partners, who in the long-term help build a self-reliant and sustainable community that brings out the best in every child.
A contribution of Rs.1,000 per month therefore addresses issues that promote the overall development of the child. Sponsored children along with their community are helped through education, training and awareness programs, clean drinking water, livelihood and health benefits.
Along with this, newer income generated opportunities are generated among poor families, so that someday, they can continue to provide for the coming generations, even after ‘Smile always’ has left their area! How Child Sponsorship Work
When a Sponsor decides to help a needy child, the first step would be select the child to through letter/e-mail and fill a child from one of our projects. Then, the Sponsor pledges to support the child and the child's family and community through a regular monthly contribution.
Smile always staff are highly dedicated and live among the needy communities, working along with them to provide for the sponsored child's education, health and nutritional needs.
‘Smile always’ believes that the best way to change the life of a child is to change the world to which he/she belongs. Smile always’ helps the child's family by creating livelihood opportunities and by providing them with training and assistance. The community is assisted through awareness programmes and construction of roads, irrigation facilities, sanitation facilities, school infrastructure, etc.
Smile always’ leaves the area only after a lasting impact has been made and the community becomes self-reliant.
When a person becomes a child sponsor, he/she will receive a photo of the child along with the child's story and background details. Sponsors will be updated about their child's progress through annual progress reports.
The Sponsor can correspond with the sponsored child through letters. If the child is very young or does not know how to write, the project staff will help him/her to write or they will write on behalf of the child.
Thus, Child Sponsorship enables a one-to-one relationship between the sponsor and the child, helping sponsors in making a big difference in the lives of children, their families and entire communities through a small, regular contribution.
